Meet the Owner Chef Rachel Cuzzone began her work with pastry in 2006, after beginning her journey as an apprentice for a cake decorator. She pursued her schooling at College of DuPage, and earned degrees in Culinary & Pastry Arts, as well as Tourism & Hospitality Management from Roosevelt University. Rachel was privileged to have the opportunity to work as an assistant to Team USA when they competed in the 2015 Coupe du Monde in Lyon, France. She also won second place in the Student Chocolate Competition administered by PastryLive. While attending College of DuPage, she worked as a baking assistant in addition to working Bears games and other special events at Soldier Field. Upon graduation, Rachel taught and ran the kitchen at Sur La Table in Naperville. Currently, Rachel is helping to make her client’s special events prettier and tastier through her baking! She is also teaching at College of DuPage, the North American Pizza and Culinary Academy, and Marcel's Culinary Experience.
